Shipping policy

Every Bogat ships fully insured, with tracking. You choose your delivery option at checkout, where the exact cost is shown before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver to almost every country. Buyers in the United Kingdom pay in pounds; everyone else pays in US dollars. We can't deliver to countries under UK or US sanctions (including Russia and Belarus) or to uninhabited territories.

Delivery options

Times are counted from dispatch, in working days, and are estimates from our couriers. Pre-order pieces ship once they're made; the expected lead time is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. A signature may be needed on delivery, as every parcel is insured.

Import duties and taxes

UK prices include VAT. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient, usually to the courier on delivery. They aren't included in our prices or delivery charges.

Gifts

You can send a Bogat as a gift to another address: enter theirs at checkout. The gift message plays the first time the watch's code is scanned.

Address changes, delays and damage

If you need to change the delivery address, email us before your order ships. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at care@bogat.watch and we'll resolve it with the courier and our insurer.

These terms form part of our Terms of Service.
